INFRARED HEAT · COLD IMMERSION

A new standard for wellness at home.

Specialist infrared saunas and cold plunges, selected for dedicated wellness spaces and regular use at home.
THE THERMIVA APPROACH

Two temperatures. One considered approach.

Infrared heat and cold immersion offer different experiences, with each bringing something distinct to a home wellness routine.

Thermiva brings both together in one focused collection.

01 — INFRARED HEAT
Infrared saunas use dedicated heating panels to create radiant heat within the cabin, with one, two and three-person designs offering different ways to bring a dedicated heat experience into your home.
02 — COLD IMMERSION
From portable ice baths to timber plunges and dedicated chillers, cold immersion can be built around your space, if you prefer a simple ice-filled plunge or a more controlled cooling setup.

INFRARED SAUNAS

Bring infrared heat home.

Each sauna combines integrated infrared heating, straightforward controls and built-in cabin features designed around the experience inside. Choose from one, two and three-person designs to find the right balance of space, capacity and comfort for your home and how you plan to use it.

COLD IMMERSION

Choose your level of cold.

There’s no single way to create a cold setup at home. The right choice depends on your available space, preferred plunge style and how much control you want over preparation.

FLEXIBLE SETUP

Forma Inflatable Ice Bath & Cold Plunge

A spacious outdoor plunge with an inflatable design, giving you a dedicated place for cold immersion without committing to a permanent installation.

PERMANENT PLUNGE

Nord Wooden Ice Bath & Cold Plunge

Made from red cedar with a deep barrel design, the Nord creates a more permanent cold plunge for indoor or suitable outdoor wellness spaces.

CONTROLLED COOLING

Core Cold Plunge & Ice Bath Chiller

Add active water cooling, circulation and filtration to a compatible cold plunge, reducing the need to continually prepare your water with bags of ice.

UNDERSTANDING HEAT & COLD

Different by design.

Infrared heat and cold-water immersion create very different environments. Compare the practical differences before deciding what fits your routine.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

The practical details.

  • It depends on the experience you prefer. Infrared saunas provide a warm, enveloping session, while cold immersion offers brief exposure to chilled water. Consider your available space, preferred routine and the type of setup you are most likely to use consistently.
  • The space required depends on the size of the cabin. Check the external measurements on the individual product page and allow additional room for ventilation, access and opening the door. The sauna should be placed on a stable, level surface in a suitable indoor space.
  • Each sauna uses a plug-in electrical connection and does not require customer hard-wiring. Please ensure the intended location has a suitable power supply and always follow the electrical instructions supplied with your sauna.
  • Not necessarily. A plunge can be filled with cold water and ice, while a compatible water chiller provides more consistent temperature control. Chillers may be supplied separately, so check what is included with your chosen product before ordering.
  • Maintenance depends on the product. Keep surfaces clean and dry, refresh or treat plunge water as directed and inspect cables, connections and components regularly. Always follow the care and maintenance instructions supplied with your specific model.
